They are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to conduct outreach to potential clients, maintain databases, and assist in driving priority accounts.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a depth of understanding of the Firm’s services, audiences, and prioritiesConduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients to identify and qualify leadsCooperate with the sales and marketing team to determine strategic approaches for salesMaintain and expand the company's database of prospectsAssist with driving priority accounts and contacts to our eventsHelp to infiltrate target accounts, getting in the door with the influencers and decisions makers we don’t knowEnsure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, and so onHandle inbound, unsolicited prospect inquiries and qualify opportunities for handoff to the appropriate colleagueOvercome objections of prospective customersAttend sales training where applicableUtilize our CRM system to manage and track all calls and outcomesDevelop a depth of understanding on all sales tools including CRM, Sales Intel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bombora, PowerBi and our data source providersLeverage AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve efficiency in prospect research, outreach preparation, CRM documentation and internal communicationAppropriately communicate brand identity and corporate positionSkills1-2 years of direct work experience in a sales or inside sales capacityDemonstrated ability to open doors at target accounts within a defined ideal client profileSolid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time managementSuccess in qualifying opportunities and identifying key stakeholders with target accountsStrong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniquesStrong problem identification and objection resolution skillsAble to build and maintain lasting relationships with customersExceptional verbal communication and presentation skillsExcellent listening skillsStrong written communication skillsSelf-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasmHigh level of integrity and work ethicBenefitsDiscretionary performance bonusGenerous paid time offExpanded and inclusive parental benefitsCompany OverviewCohnReznick LLP provides clients with forward thinking advice that helps them navigate complex business and financial issues.
