Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager (Remote) at Baron Contracting
The Sales Representative/Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with our clients. Keen strategic thinking, commitment, and communication skills are must-haves for this position.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ This role entails selling construction services
ā¢ Increase client-base by identifying potential leads, crafting proposals, and implementing successful sales strategies.
ā¢ Exhibit thorough understanding of our company and its offerings while consistently demonstrating its value to not only current but potential clients.
ā¢ Build contact lists of potential leads
ā¢ Cold calling
ā¢ Bring deals to close.
ā¢ Produce proposals for customers.

Qualifications:
ā¢ A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
ā¢ A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role is crucial.

ā¢ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to pitch to both small and large audiences.
ā¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively and maintain attention to detail.
