What You’ll Do Drive revenue growth through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and virtual outreach Build and manage relationships with current and prospective dental practices Conduct virtual presentations, webinars, and product consultations Act as a trusted partner to customers—supporting their success and strengthening retention Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless case execution and service excellence Resolve customer concerns quickly to maintain a high level of satisfaction Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM systems What Success Looks Like 40–60 outbound calls daily with consistent follow-up Strong lead conversion into active, revenue-generating accounts Organized pipeline management with real-time CRM updates Consistent achievement (or exceeding) of sales and growth targets What You Bring Inside sales or telesales experience ( dental or healthcare preferred ) Strong communication skills and confidence in phone-based selling Ability to present effectively in virtual environments (Zoom, Teams, etc.) Highly organized with strong time management in a fast-paced environment Comfortable discussing technical products and services High integrity, accountability, and a results-driven mindset Tools You’ll Use CRM systems ( HubSpot, Evident preferred ) Virtual meeting platforms ( Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet ) Microsoft Office and dental lab software systems Why Join Apex?
