Inside Sales Representative –Competitive Pay + Uncapped Commissions

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll handle only warm leads—no cold calling—engaging with customers already interested in our products. What You'll Do: Handle inbound & outbound calls from new and existing customer Close sales by presenting solutions that fit customer needs One call close sale Upsell and cross-sell additional products when appropriate Build strong relationships and establish trust with customers Maintain expert-level product knowledge and stay up to date on offerings Achieve & exceed sales targets in a competitive, team-oriented environment What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of Inside Sales, Telesales, or Call Center Sales experience Experience in the secuirty alarm and medical devices industry Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales goals Energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused approach Strong multi-tasking and CRM/data entry skills Available for evening & Saturday shifts (as required) This position is fully remote and the hours needed are 1:00PM-10:00PM EST What We Offer: Guaranteed Weekly Base Pay of $18/hr + Uncapped Commissions – First-year earnings target: $70,000 Top performers earn $100,000 and beyond Inbound & Outbound Warm Leads – No cold calling!
