Inside Sales Representative
Tessco LLC is a leading North American value-added distributor of wireless networking products and solutions. They are seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Representative to support their Utility & Rail team, focusing on account development and qualifying new opportunities for senior sales executives. Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of existing small accounts through consistent outreach, relationship building, and tailored solutions Proactively identify, research, and qualify new accounts to hand off to senior sales executives Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and product/service presentations Execute targeted campaigns to expand revenue within assigned accounts Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, opportunities, and activities Collaborate closely with outside sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experience Meet or exceed monthly activity, qualification, and revenue growth targets Skills 1–3 years of sales, account management, or customer-facing experience (B2B preferred) Strong communication and active listening skills Ability to qualify prospects and uncover decision-making processes Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and professional growth Comfort using CRM tools and sales technology Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Benefits Hybrid work environment 401K with a company match to help you invest in your future Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription plans to keep you at your best Hone your skills or learn new ones with tuition subsidy Company Overview Welcome to the official LinkedIn account of Tessco.
