Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in growing our patient base by building relationships with healthcare providers and their staff, making outbound calls, and managing inbound communication. Responsibilities Make outbound calls and manage inbound communication with healthcare providers and internal teams Build and nurture relationships with medical offices and provider networks to drive new patient referrals Be resourceful and persistent in connecting with providers, even through gatekeepers Represent Infusion for Health with professionalism and empathy over the phone Collaborate with internal departments to ensure referrals are processed efficiently Maintain accurate records of outreach and engagement in our CRM system Skills Strong phone communication skills and a professional phone presence Interest in healthcare sales or business development Experience in phone-based customer service, sales, or a similar communication-heavy role Comfortable speaking with doctors, referral coordinators, and healthcare staff Self-motivated, organized, and persistent in follow-up Team-oriented with a positive attitude Exposure to healthcare, referrals, or working with medical offices (a plus, but not required) Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Company Overview Infusion for Health is a network of ambulatory infusion centers that provides therapies to patients with complex and chronic conditions.
