Develop and lead the implementation of strategic plans that align with the overall business objectives of American Express. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential growth opportunities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights. Utilize data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven strategic decisions. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic plans. Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives and make recommendations for adjustments as needed. Provide strategic guidance and support to other teams and departments within the organization. Stay updated on industry developments and trends to inform strategic planning processes. Communicate and present strategic plans and updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Strategy and Planning team.
