What Weβre Looking For
βοΈ 1β5 years of inside sales, account executive, or closing experience in SaaS, HRTech, recruitment, or tech sales
βοΈ Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets
βοΈ Strong commercial instincts with confidence handling demos, negotiations, and objections
βοΈ Excellent communication skills across calls, video meetings, and written conversations
βοΈ High ownership mentality with strong urgency, accountability, and execution
βοΈ Comfortable managing full sales cycles independently from discovery to close
βοΈ Experience using CRM and remote sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, or similar platforms
βοΈ Previous experience in recruitment or HRTech is a strong plus
What Youβll Do
βοΈ Own the full sales cycle from discovery call to signed contract, driving revenue growth across inbound and qualified opportunities
βοΈ Run high-quality discovery calls, product demos, negotiations, and commercial conversations with HR leaders and decision-makers
βοΈ Build and manage relationships with HR managers, talent acquisition leaders, recruitment agencies, and C-level stakeholders
βοΈ Confidently handle objections, navigate complex buying processes, and close deals with urgency and precision
βοΈ Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene across all active opportunities
βοΈ Work closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and leadership to improve conversion and buyer experience
βοΈ Share customer insights and market feedback to strengthen positioning, messaging, and product direction
βοΈ Represent Qureos with professionalism, energy, and a high-performance mindset in every interaction
