The Senior Copay Program Manager is responsible for program management, account management, financial management, and business analysis while ensuring excellent customer service and operational excellence for assigned brands.ResponsibilitiesInterface with clients and maintain relationships on a day-to-day basis as the primary business relationship manager and subject matter expertBecome an expert on the therapeutic class of assigned brands and gain a robust understanding of competitive productsMeasure, and monitor program key performance indicators to develop data-driven recommendationsBe well-versed on the third party service vendor landscape in order to manage and coordinate client vendor relationships (agencies, SPPs, HUBs, service providers, data/analytics teams)Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with all internal functional areasDevelop a leadership role with all internal project stakeholdersManage client contracts / statements of work and execute accordinglyMake recommendations to program strategies and roadmap offering the best solution for client projects in accordance with the SOW and in collaboration with the Director of Client ServicesGather and document business requirements and communicate and ensure understanding for all key stakeholdersManage the program budget, including annual budget projectionsProvide recommendations for effectively managing program costsConduct regular meetings and deliver presentations and consultative recommendations via (phone, Webex, onsite) to all stakeholdersProvide mentorship and training to Associate Program Managers where neededBased on brands strategy, objectives and competitive landscape, be able to develop and implement innovative solutions for clients to maximize brand value and competitive positioningLearn and assist the client in navigating client-internal requirements and processes specific to their organizationOn time adherence to training deadlines for all corporate policies and procedures governing access to confidential dataEnsure all SOPs are followed with consistencyConducts miscellaneous tasks or projects as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field5+ years of experience in patient support programs, copay assistance, market access operations, or reimbursement within life sciences or specialty pharmaceutical environmentsDemonstrated experience working with pharmacy and medical claims data, including claims processing, adjudication, benefit design interpretation, and downstream reporting or analysisKnowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting copay programsAbility to interact with internal and external stakeholders as a member of a highly collaborative teamExcellent project management, analytical, and communication skillsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision plans, including HSA- and FSA-eligible options, with Valeris contributing toward premium costsAdditional health support, including telehealth and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) servicesCompany match on Health Savings Account contributionsFree Basic Life and AD&D coverage equal to your annual earnings, with a minimum of $50,000 and a maximum of $300,000Company-paid Short-Term Disability coverage, with the option to purchase Long-Term Disability401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with 100% match on the first 5% you contribute, with immediate vestingPaid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Leave to support work-life balanceTeam members receive nine paid holidays plus two floating holidaysOpportunities for advancement in a company that supports personal and professional growthA challenging, stimulating work environment that encourages new ideasWork for a company that values diversity and makes deliberate efforts to create an inclusive workplaceA mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work makes a meaningful impactCompany OverviewValeris is a life sciences commercialization platform that offers services for healthcare sectors.
