What’s unique about this role?This Inside Sales Representative role is a dial‑first, outbound prospecting position focused on high‑volume phone activity executed through Apollo call‑based sequences. Unlike traditional inside sales or account executive roles, this position is not responsible for closing deals. Success is driven by disciplined daily outbound calling, accurate call dispositioning, and consistently setting qualified meetings for Direct Sellers. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured, phone‑first environment and are motivated by measurable activity and outcomesWhat will this person do?Execute high volume daily outbound dialing using Apollo call first sequencesComplete all assigned call steps within active Apollo sequences each dayFollow approved talk tracks while adapting messaging based on live prospect responsesAccurately disposition every call attempt in Apollo (connects, voicemails, no answers, objections)Maintain clean lead statuses and activity hygiene to ensure accurate reportingConduct brief qualification conversations to confirm fit, interest, and next stepsOvercome initial objections to secure meetings for Direct SellersSchedule qualified meetings or pass opportunities according to established handoff proceduresProvide clear, concise call notes and context to sellers for effective follow upReview call recordings and performance metrics to improve call quality and effectivenessIncorporate coaching feedback related to talk tracks, objection handling, and call executionPartner with Sales Operations and Sales leadership to provide feedback on messaging, targeting, and objection trends Bring your passion and together we will shine. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.
