Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and nurturing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a background in B2B sales, and a passion for technology sales. You will leverage CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments
• Engage in warm calling to follow up with previous contacts and nurture relationships
• Utilize negotiation skills to close sales deals effectively
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce or other CRM software
• Provide technical information about products and services to assist customers in their decision-making process
• Develop business opportunities by identifying customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction
Experience
• Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably within the technology sector
• Familiarity with CRM software and Salesforce is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment
• Experience in business development and outbound calling strategies is a plus
• Knowledge of marketing principles related to lead generation and customer engagement
