We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, driving business growth through proactive outreach and exceptional service. This position is ideal for someone with a warm, engaging personality who can naturally build rapport over the phone. The right candidate is comfortable showing genuine empathy and connecting with individuals who may be experiencing emotional distress, physical discomfort, or health challenges related to their dental concerns.

Duties
• Engage in outbound calling campaigns to generate new business leads and nurture existing client relationships through warm calling techniques
• Conduct D2C (direct to consumer) sales conversations, presenting clinical solutions that align with patient needs
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, update customer data, and manage sales pipelines effectively
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals by understanding client needs and offering appropriate service solutions
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and develop strategies for business development
• Maintain detailed records of all communications, sales activities, and follow-up tasks to ensure seamless account management

Experience/Skills
• Fluent in Spanish is required
• Previous dental experience is a plus!
• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate clearly
• Experience in outbound calling, warm calling, and working with direct to consumer leads is preferred
• Knowledge of marketing strategies related to inside sales is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
