Job Overview
We’re looking for a backend HubSpot specialist to own the architecture, automation, and reporting that power enterprise-level sales and marketing teams. This role focuses on designing and optimizing HubSpot behind the scenes so pipelines move cleanly, data stays trustworthy, and leadership can actually rely on the numbers.

You’ll work across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to build advanced workflows, lifecycle logic, lead routing, and deal automation. You’ll also be responsible for revenue reporting, attribution, funnel analytics, and executive dashboards that reflect real buyer journeys across multiple channels.

This role is ideal for someone who understands HubSpot at an enterprise scale, thinks in systems, and enjoys turning complex business processes into clean, scalable automation. This a support role with customer facing aspects. You wouldn't be leading a customer you would be supporting our Solutions Architects with their daily workload.

Responsibilities
• Own the backend architecture of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service, ensuring scalability, data integrity, and clean system design
• Design, build, and maintain advanced HubSpot workflows for lead routing, lifecycle automation, internal alerts, SLAs, and handoffs between teams
• Implement and optimize marketing automation including lead nurturing, segmentation, scoring, and MQL to SQL logic
• Configure and optimize sales automation including deal stages, pipeline logic, task automation, and forecasting workflows
• Continuously optimize deal pipelines to improve conversion rates, velocity, and forecast accuracy
• Build and maintain custom HubSpot reports and executive dashboards for sales, marketing, and revenue leadership
• Own revenue reporting, attribution modeling, and lifecycle analytics across multi-touch, multi-channel buyer journeys
• Analyze funnel performance and buyer behavior to identify drop-offs, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
• Partner closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable RevOps solutions
• Monitor data quality and governance, including property management, lifecycle consistency, and reporting accuracy
• Document system architecture, automation logic, and reporting assumptions to support long-term maintainability
• Support ongoing optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the HubSpot platform

Experience
• Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-level HubSpot CRM architecture
• Deep experience building advanced automation using HubSpot workflows, including lifecycle automation, lead routing, internal notifications, and SLAs
• Strong background in HubSpot marketing automation including lead nurturing, segmentation, scoring models, and MQL to SQL frameworks
• Strong experience with HubSpot sales automation including deal pipelines, task automation, handoffs, and forecasting logic
• Demonstrated success optimizing deal pipelines for conversion, velocity, and forecast accuracy
• Extensive experience building custom HubSpot reports, attribution models, and executive-level dashboards
• Hands-on experience with funnel analytics across multi-touch, multi-channel buyer journeys
• Experience working within a RevOps model across sales operations, marketing operations, and revenue operations
• Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Experience documenting systems, automation logic, and reporting assumptions for long-term maintainability

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
