As a Technology Communications and Design Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the company's innovation and business success through effective storytelling and visual communication. You'll be working closely with technologists to help them achieve their goals, and be part of a global team of over 9,000 professionals who are transforming the way the company leverages technology. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that addresses a range of stakeholders, including crafting compelling content, designing visual elements, and managing projects across various channels and formats. Create, edit, and curate the CIO's communications to stakeholders, including statements, web recordings, video scripts, and other critical communications as needed. Design graphics for use in emails, intranet pages, PowerPoint presentations, banners, and other digital and physical assets. Shoot and edit videos to be used on owned channels, and support the preparation and execution of entries for recognition of associates through the company's head grant programs. Support measurement and data management practices to improve the effectiveness of stakeholder communications, and create and manage surveys and reporting for city centers, leadership discussions, and other events. Manage email distributions to stakeholders, and support planning, communications, and logistics for city centers and global leadership events. Provide graphics and content creation support for city centers and other significant presentations by leaders, and support the work of the broader Stakeholder Communications team through content creation, research, visual representation, and writing and editing as needed. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Experience in internal communications, with a strong background in writing, editing, and visual communication. Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Experience with capturing and editing short-form videos and webcast content, and demonstrated ability to execute brand guidelines and propose and deliver strong and effective messaging ideas across digital, traditional, and experiential mediums. Experience with intranet/content management frameworks (Unily or similar). Exceptional project management expertise, collaboration skills, and demonstrated ability to build associations with many internal stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a high-speed environment, with excellent judgment and a proven track record of creating and executing programs that drive tangible outcomes. A strong analytical mindset, with a portfolio (writing and creative) required. A four-year college education in Communications, Visual Communication, or comparable experience. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: A passion for innovative storytelling and visual communication, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of effective communication strategies. Experience working in a global and diverse team, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. A strong understanding of the financial services industry, and a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
