The QMO team focuses on ensuring the quality of applications used by our airline staff, while the Client and Business team, including Southwest Get-aways (SWAV), is developing new revenue-generating products and services. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, analyzing data, and supporting business decision-making. Key Responsibilities and Duties Collaborate with business clients to conduct requirements analysis and develop quality technical solutions that meet business needs. Ensure solutions align with internal tooling, business procedures, and departmental guidelines. Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and execution to guarantee solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Act as a liaison to facilitate effective communication between business and innovation teams. Participate in systems and acceptance testing. Adapt to varying project scopes and priorities. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess: Essential Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
