Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Junior Scheduler, ANS

Logic company is part of Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, where they aim to transform how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed. The Junior Scheduler will assist in developing CPM schedules, maintain Work Breakdown Structures, and support critical path analysis and schedule updates to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesYou’ll assist in development of CPM schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft ProjectYou’ll develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)You’ll support critical path analysis and schedule updatesYou’ll track project progress and update schedules based on field inputYou’ll prepare schedule narratives and monthly reporting documentationYou’ll assist in resource loading and schedule cost alignmentYou’ll develop preliminary and proposal schedules for pursuitsYou’ll prepare phasing and milestone schedules for RFQs/RFPsYou’ll support graphics and schedule exhibits for technical proposalsYou’ll coordinate schedule assumptions with pursuit teamsYou’ll assist with quantity take-offs and basic cost modelingYou’ll support estimate build-ups based on production ratesYou’ll help align schedule activities with cost codesYou’ll interface with project managers, engineers, and field staffYou’ll support QA/QC review of schedule submissionsYou’ll maintain document control and version trackingYou’ll assist with BIM-based 4D schedule integration when applicableSkillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field0–3 years of relevant experience (field, design, scheduling, or estimating support)Basic understanding of CPM scheduling principlesExperience and proficiency with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting toolsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsFamiliarity with BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks)Quantity take-off and basic estimating exposureExperience in transportation or municipal infrastructureStrong learner with high growth potentialComfortable working under senior-level mentorshipCost-conscious and schedule-oriented mindsetWilling to support both active projects and business development effortsAble to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsHealth InsuranceCompany OverviewLTI (Logic Technology Inc.) is a privately held information technology consulting firm headquartered in Schenectady, NY.
