OBJECTIVE

The role of the Information Technology Technician is to oversee the operations and development of any in-house operations software. This position will lead a team of developers, manage the workflow while being the point of contact and owner for all API builds.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES

Provide technical, desktop, network, and general infrastructure support to all global Cadex employees
Diagnose and resolve problems and conflicts using root cause analysis
Complete Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tasks for Cadex and respective clients
Manage active directory settings within corporate infrastructure



SECONDARY JOB DUTIES


Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets, tracking licenses, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures



Create, modify, and delete user accounts for any and all systems and software



Assist in IT projects such as system migrations or new software implementations, contributing to planning and execution



Assist in procurement of hardware, walk users through hardware setup



Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and propose ideas



Foster effective communication and collaboration between countries and cultures within all regions



Assist in IT project work as required



Act as backup to other members of the IT Department



Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with all information entrusted with

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates either in an office setting or a remote work environment. This role may routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, headsets, telephones, webcams, photocopiers/printers, and related. The noise level in the office setting is limited to quiet and the work environment noise level will vary based on the individual’s remote work environment.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Level 1: Bachelor’s degree (GED) and 2-3 years’ experience in programming, development, infosec, and related, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Level 2: Bachelor’s degree (GED) and 4-5 years’ experience in programming, development, infosec, and related, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Level 3: Bachelor’s degree (GED) and 6+ years’ experience in programming, development, infosec, and related, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

FLUENCY

This position requires fluency in the English language
