Information Technology Project Coordinator

TechHuman is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized IT Project Coordinator to support key initiatives in IT modernization and transformation. In this role, you will assist project managers in planning, executing, and completing IT projects while coordinating activities and maintaining communication among stakeholders. Responsibilities Support the planning and management of project timelines, budgets, and resources Coordinate day-to-day project activities, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely execution Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-up actions Maintain consistent communication with team members, vendors, and stakeholders Prepare and manage project documentation, including meeting notes, reports, and task lists Monitor project performance and proactively identify and mitigate risks Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant industry standards Assist with procurement and logistics related to project needs Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent industry experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Any Project Management certification Prior experience as a Project Coordinator Banking industry experience Company Overview TechHuman is a provider of software development and IT security services.
