They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead and evolve the design system for the Zeta Developer Platform, ensuring consistency and quality across multiple products and use cases.ResponsibilitiesOwn the Design System: Lead the strategy, architecture, and evolution of our design system. You'll define component libraries, design tokens, interaction patterns, and documentation that enable teams to build cohesive, high-quality experiences at scaleBuild Production-Ready Components: Go beyond static designs to create functional, accessible components. You'll work closely with engineering to ensure design system assets translate seamlessly into code, maintaining fidelity from Figma to productionEstablish Patterns and Guidelines: Define and document UX patterns, accessibility standards, and best practices that guide how teams design and build across the platform. You'll create resources that empower designers and developers to work faster without sacrificing qualityDrive Adoption and Enablement: Champion the design system across the organization. You'll partner with product teams to ensure adoption, gather feedback, and continuously improve the system based on real-world usageDesign for Emerging Capabilities: As we integrate AI and agentic features into Zeta Developer Platform, you'll help define patterns for new interaction models—ensuring these capabilities feel native to the system rather than bolted onLead with Vision and Accountability: Drive design system strategy with clear ownership and decision-making authority.
