Responsibilities

ā¢ Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, and activities.
ā¢ Create customized travel itineraries that meet client expectations.
ā¢ Handle all aspects of travel planning, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
ā¢ Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
ā¢ Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and new destinations to offer clients the best options.
ā¢ Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Experience
ā¢ Proven experience in customer service is essential; background in sales is highly desirable.
ā¢ Familiarity with travel planning processes and hospitality industry standards.
ā¢ Previous experience in hotel operations or related fields is a plus.
ā¢ Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
ā¢ A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
