Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The primary focus will be selling professional services which can include a variety of delivery methods including MSP Offerings, Project-based Services and Time & Material projects, as well as individual roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for staffing, project services, and MSP solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our services.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in staffing, project services, or MSP environments.
• Strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to communicate their value to clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Goal oriented personality and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Compensation:
This position offers an unlimited, commission-based compensation structure.
