Inbound Work From Home Call Center Rep
We are currently seeking an Inbound Call Center Representative to join our team. As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound calls from callers and provide excellent customer service, while taking messages for our clients.
Experience:
-Fluent in English
-Previous experience in a customer service or call center role

Excellent communications skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations.
Must have excellent typing skills ? Minimum of 35WPM.
Must have excellent spelling and grammar skills.
Must live in Arkansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Arizona, or Pennsylvania. These are currently the only states we hire in.
