The Senior Business Systems Analyst role focuses on managing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), optimizing processes, and leveraging AI for improved efficiency and decision-making. This position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure system functionality aligns with organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary functional lead for Workday Learning, Recruiting, Talent, and Advanced Compensation modulesDesign, configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes, frameworks, eligibility rules, and security configurationsEnsure system configurations align with evolving business needs, compliance requirements, and enterprise standardsIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline end-to-end workflows across recruiting, talent, and compensationPartner with People Tech engineers to design and implement Workday automation, including Extend apps, RaaS-based solutions, integrations, and AI-enabled workflowsReduce operational friction by eliminating redundant approvals, improving self-service capabilities, and enhancing system usabilityLeverage AI tools to optimize recruiting workflows, talent insights, and compensation analysisPartner with internal teams and vendors to evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance People Team effectivenessTranslate business needs into scalable AI-enabled system solutionsAct as a strategic partner to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Finance, and HR leadershipLead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional and technical solutionsDrive adoption through change management, documentation, and trainingPartner with People Analytics to ensure reliable, actionable data across recruiting, talent, and compensationDesign and support dashboards, reports, and audit frameworks that enable data-driven decision-makingEnsure data integrity, consistency, and readiness for audit and compliance needsEnsure all system changes follow established change management and compliance standards (SOX, ITGC, audit requirements)Support quarterly and annual audits by maintaining documentation, testing evidence, and approval workflowsParticipate in Workday release planning, testing, and deployment activitiesSkills7+ years of experience in Workday functional configuration, with deep expertise in Recruiting, Talent, and/or Advanced CompensationStrong experience designing and optimizing complex Workday business processesExperience supporting advanced compensation programs, annual compensation reviews, or performance cyclesProven ability to automate workflows and improve operational efficiencyExperience partnering cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and IT teamsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience with Workday Extend, RaaS, integrations, or automation frameworksExposure to or hands-on experience with AI-enabled HR solutionsFamiliarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, ITGC)BenefitsFlexibility to work where/how you want within your country of employment – in-office, remote, or hybridDay 1 access to robust health and wellness benefits, including an annual wellness stipend401k with up to a 4% match and immediate vestingFlexible and generous (FTO) time-offEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramCompany OverviewEverCommerce is a portfolio company born from the leadership team of renowned private equity firms and Fortune 500 enterprises.
