Berkheimer Tax Innovations is now hiring Inbound Customer Service Representatives in Bangor, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls and providing solutions to taxpayers while maintaining positive communication and meeting production goals. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls in a busy call-center environment NO COLD CALLING!
