Are you a customer service rockstar with a passion for helping others? We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Inbound Customer Service Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone and via email. You will be handling inbound inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Weekend and weekday availability is required for this position. Excellent attendance and punctuality is a must.
? *Responsibilities:**
? Answering... inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
? Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues
? Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
? Documenting all customer interactions accurately in our system
? Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
? Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals
? *Requirements:**
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Previous customer service experience preferred
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
? Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
? Ability to work weekend and weekday shifts as scheduled
? Consistently fulfilling shifts as assigned
? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
? Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others
