Job Requirements:
ā¢ Pre-employment drug screen and background check
ā¢ Desire to work in a sales environment
ā¢ Strong phone etiquette and consultative sales skills
ā¢ Stable job history
ā¢ Effective stress and time management
ā¢ Competitive mindset to meet/exceed goals
ā¢ Minimum internet speeds of 50 Mbps download
ā¢ Work from home area free from noise and distractions
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Handle 35-45 incoming calls per shift
ā¢ Collect health information to understand caller risks
ā¢ Educate callers on early health screenings
ā¢ Use consultative sales approach to recommend services and convert leads
ā¢ Schedule screening appointments and collect payments
