Implementation Specialist - EzyVet
IDEXX is a leader in the veterinary industry, and they are seeking Veterinary Software Implementation Specialists to support the implementation of their ezyVet Practice Management software. The role involves training new customers, configuring the software to meet specific clinic needs, and optimizing workflows for successful implementation. Responsibilities Training veterinary professionals on how to use ezyVet, specific to their role in the clinic Project manage implementations, ensuring each clinic/practice/hospital is confidently utilizing ezyVet and the software configuration is fit for purpose Problem solve, understand the clinics needs and workflows to configure the software appropriately Change management with the clinic Build and deliver webinar based training and configuration curriculum Manage an assortment of projects all at different stages Collaborate with internal teams to help craft the software, prioritize feature and fix releases, streamline processes and generally build amazing outcomes Skills Hardworking.
