You will be the primary point of contact guiding the dealership through the onboarding, orientation and training processes, ensuring product and customer success. Applications with a COVER LETTER written by you will be given extra attention. Job Responsibilities: Work closely with the sales operations team to collect profile information necessary to onboard a newly signed dealership. Work collaboratively with all dealership stakeholders, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the onboarding process. Coordinate internal resources necessary to complete the onboarding process. Identify and take corrective actions to remove roadblocks that may jeopardize the timely completion of the onboarding process. Responsible for ensuring accuracy of key internal dealership data collected during the signing and onboarding process. Introduce and ensure smooth transition to the (CSM) Customer Support Manager.. Responsible for the average days to onboard KPI.
