Required Skills

Qualifications
ย A High School Diploma or GED is required; a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
ย Background in working with children in a teaching or instructional role is advantageous, though not mandatory.
ย Experience in early childhood education and childcare settings is valued.
ย Knowledge in curriculum and lesson planning is a plus.
