The primary responsibility of this role is to configure the core services of the DexCare solution. This role collaborates with clients, project management, sales, product, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure implemented projects accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by key stakeholders. What You'll DoIdentifies client’s core service requirements on assigned implementation projectsManage and perform high quality core service build and scripting on assigned implementation projects to hit established project deadlines and meet client requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
