Implementation Consultant, infrastructure

Provide expertise on infrastructure software solutions to clients.
Assist clients in implementing and optimizing our software solutions.
Conduct needs assessment and create customized implementation plans for clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation process.
Train clients on how to effectively use our software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration.
Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and successful implementation.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to communicate project progress and updates.
Continuously monitor and evaluate client satisfaction and provide timely resolutions to any issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in infrastructure technology.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement of our software solutions to internal teams.
Participate in sales meetings and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our software solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation of implementation processes and client interactions.
Foster strong relationships with clients to promote long-term partnership and retention.
Continuously work towards meeting and exceeding implementation targets and goals.
