Internship Program Overview Our summer internship program is designed for college students to gain valuable work experience, build skills, and make a meaningful contribution to our organization. As an Information Security intern, you'll have the opportunity to: Work with a talented team on exciting projects and initiatives Gain hands-on experience with production cyber security tools and technologies Develop skills in a collaborative and dynamic work environment Build lasting relationships with our professionals and make a positive impact on our organization Key Responsibilities As an Information Security intern, your primary responsibilities will include: Assist with security solutions : Help with the configuration and maintenance of security tools, including Security Information & Event Management (SIEM), firewalls, e-mail gateway protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and User/Entity & Behavior Analytics (UEBA) tools. Investigate IT security incidents : Record and track IT security incidents, including DLP violations, compromised accounts, e-mail threats, and insider threats. Review and update documentation : Help review and update documentation for policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. Other duties as assigned : Perform other tasks and projects as needed to support the Information Security team. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must: Basic Qualifications: Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university or have graduated within one year of start (June 2025) or have completed a cyber security boot camp and working towards certifications. Be majoring in Information Technology, Network Systems, Cyber Security, or a related field. Have a good understanding of network operations and software development concepts and methodologies. Have prior experience working with Windows or Linux OS. Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in system or network administration. Strong written communication skills and experience with network diagramming. Relevant cyber security or network certifications, such as Security+, Network+, or CCNA.
