Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Employment-Based Immigration Legal Assistant/Paralegal located in Chicago, IL, with the flexibility for some remote work. The role involves assisting attorneys in preparing employment-based immigration documents, managing communication with clients, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring accuracy in handling legal and confidential information. The ideal candidate will play an integral role in helping clients navigate immigration processes and meeting filing deadlines with precision.
• Qualifications
• Practical experience in Immigration Law and proficiency in Legal Document Preparation
• Strong Communication skills for client correspondence and team collaboration
• Expertise in Administrative Assistance and legal office operations
• Experience working as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Familiarity with employment-based immigration processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management software
