Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency. • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools. • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible. • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies diligently. • Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their needs are fully met. • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
