VocoVision is currently in search of a Special Education Teacher (Kindergarten to 12th grade) who possesses the ability to integrate and execute an enjoyable and captivating instructional program within an online setting. In addition to designing, arranging, and adhering to day-to-day educational guidelines, our Special Education Teacher will inspire students to unfold and flourish to their maximum potential.

Role and Duties:
• Coordinate and administer personalized and group educational schemes and initiatives.
• Conduct continuous assessments of students' advancement and provide monthly evaluations, along with recommendations for enhancing curriculum aspects that require enhancement.
• Foster a professional rapport with parents/guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.

Qualifications and Background:
• A Master's degree is needed in Special Education.
• Possession of a valid Delaware State License is required.
• Prior experience in a virtual school environment is not needed but welcomed.
• Both part-time and full-time availability options.
• Responsible for personal technology equipment.
