What You Will Do:
 Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
 Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers

 Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology

 Maintain working knowledge of our clientÂs products and services
What you need to succeed in this role:
 Fluent English and French (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must)
 Experience in customer service
 Analytical and research skills
 Positive and responsible attitude
 Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 MbpsÂdownload and 40 MbpsÂupload)
Will be a great plus:
 Experience with CRM systems
