Job Summary
We're seeking an entry-level vehicle service specialist to join our team as an Automotive Technician Trainee. As a key member of our team, you'll help keep our guests safe on the road by providing fast, easy, and trusted services. Key Responsibilities

Evaluate customers' needs and perform preventative maintenance services, such as changing oil, checking and refilling fluids, rotating tires, testing and replacing batteries, inspecting and replacing lights and wipers.
Work on a team to provide fast, easy, and trusted services to our guests.
Master products, services, and company knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
Perform 18-point safety checks to ensure vehicles are safe on the road.
Maintain a clean and safe workplace, adhering to company standards and regulations.


Essential Qualifications

Eagerness to learn and a friendly attitude.
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head.
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.


Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field.
Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
