**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Disability Access Service Video Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing outstanding Guest Service to Guests with disabilities, ensuring that their needs are met and their experience is exceptional
* Registering Guests for the Disability Access Service, utilizing your knowledge of our services and products to provide personalized support
* Supporting Guests with their digital experience through our website and My careerzynith Experience application
* Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless Guest interactions and resolve any issues that may arise
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Sales and Service experience in a customer service or contact center environment
* Knowledge and interest in careerzynith property, products, and services
* Technical abilities and computer proficiency, with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
* Ability to handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing
* Strong problem-solving decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Comfortable asking discovery questions to acquire relevant information from Guests to resolve their accessibility needs

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Familiarity with our Guest Service Suite and other relevant systems
