Maintains relationships with recovery agency partners and participates on projects to promote company growth and advancement.Requirements of the Tissue Services TrainerAssociates degree plus a minimum of 3 years of tissue recovery experienceCertified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) required Experience training tissue recovery techniciansMust be able to travel 70% of the timeGood communication and presentation skillsMust have attention to detail and proficient computer skills.Responsibilities of the Tissue Services TrainerThe specific duties of the Tissue Services Trainer include but are not limited to:Assist in identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with tissue recovery partnersDevelop and maintain donor acceptance criteria based on product requirements and state/federal regulationsDevelop and facilitate recovery training programs and SOP’sPerform and/or train surgical recovery of tissuesCoordinate supplies for recovery partnersCreate and ensure proper implementation of recovery protocolsOn call case screening of cases for acceptance according to donor acceptance criteriaDevelop and implement anatomical training courses for recovery teams and company personnelActively participate on project teams with Quality, Manufacturing, Product Development, Marketing and Sales to improve and develop current or new productsDevelop and administer schedules and performance requirements related to areas of responsibility.Comply with all company policies, procedures, and SOP’s LocationRemoteBenefits/CompensationThis position is eligible for an annual bonus.Benefits offered for this position include Health, Dental, Vision, Matching 401K, Paid Time Off, 9 Paid Holidays + 3 Floating Holidays, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Medical Flexible Spending Accounts, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Parental Leave, Paid Caregiver Leave, Basic Life Insurance, Supplemental Life Insurance, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and Disability Insurance, as described in more detail in summary plan descriptions.Salary Range$74,307—$92,883 USDAxogen follows healthcare system guidelines with respect to credentialing, vaccinations and other employment/compliance related requirements, as well as CDC guidance.
