 Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary
 Document call details and maintain accurate records of interactions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 High School diploma or equivalent
 Minimum of 2+ years of customer service or telephone experience in a call center environment
 Proficient verbal and listening skills for professional customer interactions
 Effective PC skills, including proficiency in electronic mail and industry-standard applications
 Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Completion of medical terminology course(s)
 Knowledge of medical terminology and/or experience in the health insurance industry
 Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
