[Remote] Product Change Manager

Radiant Systems Inc is seeking a Product Change Manager (PCM) for Tate's Bake Shop, who will lead the coordination of product and packaging changes through effective project planning and execution. This role involves managing commercialization projects across a portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across various functions.ResponsibilitiesManage assigned commercialization projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standardsLead the stage-gate process by coordinating cross-functional readiness, preparing governance documentation, and facilitating leadership decision-making at each gateDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registersFacilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Marketing, and RegulatoryLead stage gate and status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engagedMonitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issuesMaintain project documentation and ensure data integrityDrive continuous improvement, identifying and implementing practical solutions to enhance project deliveryLead budget management, resource planning and utilizationSkills2+ years' experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industriesBachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related fieldFoundational knowledge of project management processes and toolsAbility to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelinesStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsPMP certificate is a plusMS Project knowledge is a plusAn ownership mindset and proactive approach to solving problemsCuriosity and collaboration – ready to learn and grow in a supportive team environmentAbility to recognize dependencies and interconnections across functional deliverablesA passion for continuous improvement and delivering high-quality project outcomesCompany OverviewRadiant Systems, Inc. is a certified Minority Business Enterprise, a Global Consulting company founded in 1995.
