Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Engineer

What success looks like in this role: Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for highly skilled Identity and Access (IAM) Senior Engineer to join our Identity and Access Security team. As an IAM Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IAM Infrastructure for Unisys internal. This primarily remote role is based in Hungary, with occasional travel including visits to our Budapest offices Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using industry-leading technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Delinea PAM and SecureAuth IDP Configure and maintain Identity Life Cycle Management and SSO integration with active Directory, ServiceNow, Entra ID, O365, Workday HCM and other enterprise applications Automate IAM processes using scripting languages (PowerShell, VB Script, Shell Scripting) to improve efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues Implement security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, PCI DSS). Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure certificate issuance and revocation. Stay up to date with the latest IAM technologies and industry trends. You will be successful in this role if you have: Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent practical experience Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering and administration within a professional environment Proficient in technologies like SSO, federation, OAuth, OpenID connect, SAML Good understanding of MS Entra ID, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) or other Identity manager tools like SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt Strong hands-on experience on designing and Configuring Identity provisioning and SSO using industry standards Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, VB Scripting, Shell Scripting Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice to Have: Experience with one or more privileged access Management tools like – Delinea, CyberArk, Beyond Trust etc. Knowledge of one or more programming/scripting language like Java, C++, Python, Shell script, PowerShell etc. Additional information : We welcome applications from candidates with a diverse range of experience who have the required skill-sets.
