WorkDay Developer
This position can be based anywhere in the U.S. Work days are based on Central Standard Time. We are seeking a Workday Developer who brings both deep technical expertise, integration experience (not necessarily in WorkDay) and broad functional knowledge across the entire Workday platform. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer in Workday, who understands data flows, security, configuration logic, and business processes across HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, Payroll, and Time Tracking. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build, solve, and deliver not just manage tickets. Workday Integration Development - Design, build and maintain integrations to downstream applications using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and RaaS Write and troubleshoot Java, XSLT, XML, JSON and REST/SOA API's Handle complex data transformation and real-time and batch integrations with systems like ADP Payroll, Oracle Fusion and ServiceNow Functional Knowledge Understand configuration logic for Workday modules - Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Benefits and Payroll Understand and troubleshoot: business processes, eligibility rules, fields and reports Qualifications 3+ years of Workday development experience and 3+ years of integration experience 4-7 years overall development experience Broad functional knowledge of core Workday modules Ability to interface and communicate effectively with the business.
