Currently, we are looking for a highly skilled Planning Analytics and TM1 Administrator to join our IBM Planning Analytics team. In this role, you will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining our cutting-edge planning and analytics systems. Collaborate with team members to support the implementation and maintenance of IBM Planning Analytics and TM1 systems.
Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Planning Analytics and TM1.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper understanding and utilization of the systems.
Participate in the testing and implementation of upgrades and new features.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the systems and processes.
Communicate with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and provide support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with security and data integrity standards.
Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
