About the role and what you'll be doing: This job entails a wide variety of end user support related functions. Members on this team will provide desktop support, desktop patching, supporting endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Citrix support including platform and packaging duties, Microsoft Office 365 support, Azure AD and local Active Directory support, operating a local depot of supplies and equipment and supporting users in various offices. Traditional server management on various OS including Windows, Linux and AIX. Provide Middleware support. Administer and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Microsoft 365. Implement and maintain secure role-based access control (RBAC) policies, ensuring integration with Active Directory and Azure AD as required. Create and manage database user and administrator accounts and roles. Maintain system-level privileges and permissions relating to Microsoft 365 and associated services. Apply security standards and policies, including password management and multi-factor authentication. End User Support: Provide remote, multichannel support to end users and end-user devices. Assist users with account management, password resets, access issues, and general troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.). Support collaboration and productivity tools delivered to end users, including unified communications (Teams, VoIP, web conferencing). Deliver support through multiple channels such as phone, web portal, email, and chat. Assist in OnCall rotation. We want all new Associates to succeed in their roles at Ensono. Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices. Experience providing end-user support in a large enterprise environment. Familiarity with audit processes and compliance requirements for data privacy and security. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. US Citizen. Preferred Qualifications: Power BI experience. IAM Automation experience. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) Why Ensono? Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
