About the Role
We are seeking experienced Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Experts to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Service Expert, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our services
Meet sales objectives as defined by the company

Essential Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish and English
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
High school graduate or GED equivalent
Ability to type 25 words per minute
Comfort with desktop computer systems
Proven oral and written communication skills
Logical problem-solving skills
Availability to work various shifts
Ability to use Windows operating systems
Organization and work prioritization skills


Preferred Qualifications

6 months of call center experience
6 months of sales experience
Superior negotiating skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong listening skills


Work from Home Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a dedicated workspace that is clean, quiet, and free from distractions. You will also need to have a reliable internet connection that meets the following requirements:


Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
Proof of internet speed required
