I am a CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) who is building a clean, professional estate-planning system called the Essential Documents Process™ (EDP).

I need an experienced graphic designer to create high-end, client-facing materials that reflect a modern financial planning practice — NOT a legal template or generic Canva-style design.

Scope of Work (Initial Project)

Create 2–3 polished deliverables:

Client Flyer (1 page)

“Estate Planning Made Simple” style

Clean, modern, easy to read

Designed for print and PDF

Client Handout (1–2 pages)

Explains the Essential Documents Process™

Structured, professional, strong visual hierarchy

Process Diagram (Signature Visual)

Clean, minimal, high-end visual of the process

This will become a core branded asset

Design Direction (Important)

Style: Modern, minimal, professional

Background: White or soft white (NOT dark)

Colors: Navy and gold accents

Feel: Financial advisor / wealth management level

Clean typography, strong spacing, no clutter

Avoid:

“Legal document” look

Over-designed or busy layouts

Template-style work

I Will Provide

All written content (fully developed)

Existing draft materials

Logo and branding direction

Clear feedback and fast communication

Strong portfolio with clean, professional layouts

Experience designing for:

Financial services, consulting, or professional services (preferred)

Ability to take direction and elevate design quality

Attention to spacing, typography, and hierarchy

Budget

$200–$300 for initial project
