Hybrid User Researcher II
We're seeking a passionate and experienced User Researcher to join our Customer Tech team in Boston, MA. As a Hybrid User Researcher II, you will play a key role in delivering positive consumer experiences through research, working closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and analyze research projects that inform product decisions.

Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute end-to-end research projects, defining problem statements, project goals, and research assumptions
Scope and select appropriate research methods and tools, supporting recruitment and running research activities
Analyze and synthesize data, sharing and socializing findings to influence cross-functional leaders and stakeholders
Collaborate with teams such as Product Design, Content Strategy, Product Management, Analytics, and Engineering
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in research, with at least 2+ years of user research experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Experimental/Cognitive Psychology, HCI, or a related field
Mixed methods research experience, with proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods
Recruitment experience, with ability to define and handle study recruitment needs and logistics
Strong analysis and storytelling skills, with ability to present insights to key stakeholders
Collaboration skills, with experience working across functions and teams
Proficiency in research and design tools such as Qualtrics, Userzoom/Usertesting, Optimal Workshop, and Figma
