Overview: Lead multi-state payroll operations and ensure full compliance with all wage and tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: · Manage end-to-end payroll processing and compliance · Monitor legislative changes and implement required updates · Coordinate with Benefits on deductions and related initiatives · Oversee payroll audits and provide documentation · Support annual workers’ compensation audits · Maintain payroll policies, procedures, and controls · Identify automation and process improvement opportunities · Partner with systems teams on configuration updates and testing · Manage vendor relationships (ADP or similar) · Review and approve bonus runs and year-end filings · Serve as escalation point for complex payroll issues • Remote About the Company: Work 22 Apply tot his job
