Key Responsibilities • Represent and Articulate Our Offerings: Connect with new prospects daily, showcasing our AI-powered call monitoring and coaching solutions and demonstrating their value proposition. • Collaborate with the Sales Team: Schedule meetings and create a robust sales pipeline by identifying high-quality leads and working closely with Senior Account Executives. • Multi-Channel Outreach: Engage potential customers through various outreach methods, including email, phone, and social media, to build relationships and drive conversions. • Needs Assessment and Solution Selling: Identify the specific challenges faced by prospects and demonstrate how our solutions effectively address their needs, leveraging strong listening and persuasive communication skills. • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on established criteria, including budget, authority, and requirements, to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile. • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records by tracking and reporting all activities and data within our CRM, ensuring seamless sales operations and data-driven decision-making. • Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed monthly quotas and daily key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive overall success and contribute to the growth of our business.
